aloha! i finally found time to blog. FOP was great! the only bummer was queueing tho. imagine. standing for nearly two hours in the sweltering heat. tahaning the incosiderate crowd consisting of irrtating gigglish girls, those with frigging long hair and kept tossing it abt, and the list goes on and on. winnie evan an i were like: okay, where're you now? i cant see you! im in front! oh youre STILL at the mrt?!?! haha. hilarious. we finally got in tho. and guess what?! north of stage. bwahaha. lucky or what? *BEAMS delirious? was a blast!! man i love em sosososososssooooo much! im so gonna get their album. in fact, it think they can pretty well be on par with hillsongs. darlene was below our expectations. =/ still, it felt good to see so many believers of God, praising him and worshipping him.. evan asked to go again on sunday!! but i had a birthday party. grampa, the ever cute calrence, and jeremys bdae!! it was crazy. ten kids in a house IS madness. he guys were hogging the xbox. the adults were hogging the other tv set to watch movies. the girls were meddling with craft sets. nat and i worked on our BIRTHDAY CARD. it was smashing!! glitter does wonders. i<3 glitter (: there was sucha spread, sushi, sashimi ( all of which the KIDS attacked, surprisingly), cumplings, rolls, sharksfin.. everything. had lotsa cake too. clarences birthdau cake was the HUGE football field with the players and all. i preferred grampas durian cake tho. REALLY DURIAN. smackslips* kids had pizza for dinner. but aunt darl ordered! oh man. i miss her italian pizzas. SIGHH* but still, it was good. nat mildred and i ate at the balcony. it was much cooler, and quieter. the boys were so rowdy. millie and nats conversation was hilarious.
nat burps in millies ear.
millie: hey! you! (points accusingly at her)
nat: what? (innocent face)
millie: so rude! (indignation)
nat: hah! so youre not so dumb after all!!
left me in stitches. millies only FIVE bytheway. shes so cute. but a lil hyperactive. and theres her lil bro. baby sumo! and guess what?! he can do JUMPING JACKS!! wahhh, he was SOOOOO CUTEEEE i nearly kidnapped him. and ohh, aunt darl gave me a beautiful pair of ballet pumps! its silver, and gorgeous (:
todays ndp was o k a y i guess. nothing very exciting. vic and hazs band screwed a lil. hah. and the marcus and hakim team was a mess! that marcus kept hogging on to the mic! poor hakim. and they sang wherever you go! its like one of those songs i really like and this hapened. oh well.
headed for j8 with yuyin, stanley, vanga, esmond, qmor, chyekeong. had lunch but the queue for the movies were so long we didnt even bother. took neos!! (: headed back to tpy. wedding crashers!! it was 245 so we headed to ntuc to buy drinks. haha, yeah cheapskate us. then esmond they all damn funny lahh.put all our drinks in the fridge. then hunted around for snacks. so by the time we were done we had cold drinks!! hahaha. then wenta hdb hub to slack. vanga wanted to take the 40 storey lift. left the drinks in the fridge there (surprisingly it worked!) then yy decided to take a video of us with her digicam. so i sat on the chair and started reading my 8days and qmor lay one the bed beside esmond who was reading a book. we were supposed to act as naturally as possible, as if we were in our own home. haha. wacky day!
wedding crashers a pretty sick show if ya ask me. i dont even wanna think about it, much less elaborate. the ending was pretty touching tho, but a lil cliche. which reminds me, EXTREME MAKEOVER! wahh so touching it left me in tears. felt so dumb.. i mean its JUST a reality show right? but the couple was still so lovey dovey even after donkies. and when they revealed the kids to their parents ( the whole family had an makever) , like PHWOARR i-need-tissues feeling gushes. hurhur.
